Welcome to A&T Aquatics. By purchasing products or live fish from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with A&T Aquatics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies published by us.

2. Live Animal Disclaimer

Fish are living animals and may vary in color, pattern, size, and appearance from photographs and videos provided. Natural changes in coloration and body shape may occur due to age, environment, diet, stress, and genetics.

We make every effort to accurately represent our fish; however, we do not guarantee that the fish received will be identical to the images or videos shown.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Full payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping schedules may vary depending on weather conditions, transportation availability, and other factors beyond our control.
  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • A&T Aquatics is not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damages caused by courier, airline, train, bus, or any third-party transportation service.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of live aquatic animals, A&T Aquatics offer exchanges, refunds, credits, or replacements for fish that are dead on arrival (DOA).

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining suitable water quality and tank conditions.
  • Quarantining fish when appropriate.
  • Proper acclimation of fish upon arrival.
  • Providing adequate filtration, aeration, and nutrition.

A&T Aquatics is not responsible for illness, injury, stress, or mortality resulting from improper care after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

A&T Aquatics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • The purchase or ownership of fish.
  • Shipping or transportation delays.
  • Fish illness, injury, stress, or death.
  • Loss of profits, business interruption, or other financial losses.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the order.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All fish and products are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline sales, cancel orders, or restrict purchases at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
