Return & Refund Policy

At A&T Aquatics, we take great care in selecting, packing, and shipping our fish to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following policy:

Live Fish Sales

All live fish sales are final. Due to the delicate nature of live aquatic animals and factors beyond our control during transit, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for live fish.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

We only provide refunds, replacements, credits for fish that are dead on arrival (DOA). Please make sure to take an unboxing video to send us as proof for DOA

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once the fish have been packed for shipment. Cancellation requests made before packing may be considered at our sole discretion.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment.
  • Providing accurate shipping information.
  • Having a properly cycled and suitable aquarium ready before the fish arrive.
  • Acclimating the fish correctly upon arrival.

Limitation of Liability

A&T Aquatics shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use, handling, transportation, acclimation, illness, injury, or death of any fish purchased from us.
