Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only to destinations that are accessible by train or bus services operating from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Before placing an order, customers must confirm with us whether shipping is available to their location. We reserve the right to decline orders to locations where safe transportation cannot be arranged.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are additional and are not included in the listed fish prices unless explicitly stated.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Destination city
• Mode of transport (train or bus)
• Number and size of fish
• Packing requirements
• Transport carrier charges

Customers will be informed of the shipping charges before order confirmation.

Packing Standards

All fish are professionally packed using appropriate fish bags, oxygen, and insulated packing materials to maximize their safety during transit.

Packing charges, if applicable, will be communicated before dispatch.

Dispatch Schedule

Dispatch dates are determined based on transport availability, weather conditions, and fish health.

A&T Aquatics reserves the right to postpone shipment if conditions are considered unsafe for live fish transport.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate recipient details and contact information.
• Arranging timely collection of the shipment upon arrival.
• Being available to receive updates regarding the shipment.
• Having a suitable and fully prepared aquarium before the fish arrive.

Delays and Transit Risks

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, transportation is handled by independent third-party operators.

A&T Aquatics is not responsible for:

• Transit delays
• Schedule changes
• Mishandling by transport operators
• Weather-related disruptions
• Losses occurring during transportation

Live Arrival and Mortality

As live fish are sensitive to transportation stress and conditions beyond our control, all shipments are made at the customer's risk.

No returns, refunds, replacements, or credits will be provided for delayed deliveries, transit-related issues, or fish that are dead on arrival (DOA).

Order Confirmation

By placing an order with A&T Aquatics, you acknowledge and accept this Shipping Policy and agree to the associated transportation risks involved in shipping live aquatic animals.
